Your false statement is about my misbehave after I begged leave through phone when in next I come in school.
It is a false statement. In previous show cause later you stated that often I show misbehave when I come in school at evening. Two different statement on same topics is not similar. Both of these statements are false.
What is the relationship of begging leave through phone calling and showing misbehave in next time.
What should be the realistic nature of two consequences happening.
Your statement proved my obedience. You mentioned Sometimes I begged leave through phone. Yes, sometimes in emergency cause if feel illness, if in emergency case of illness of my family member I beg leave through phone. I never forget to inform you my situation of emergency case. If you give me leave in this emergency cause I would be very glad to you, I should be very honor your responsibility. Moreover, I have right to enjoy leave.
What happens then. If you ignore my rights of leave or ignore my critical health hazard, It should possible for me to ensure provide the information about my rights of leave. It may possible to explain immediately during phone call. Why I will react in next days when I will attend in institution. It also be possible if you give absent after giving me leave during phone call. But As a professional people I know the limit of my rights. When most of the time you showed hostility, I used to explain my rights to enjoy my salary, my rights to enjoy determined leave given by policy, when you very cleverly absent me after giving me leave through phone calling due to emergency case, I used to explained it as the ignorance of my legal rights. It couldn't be a misbehave. You do not know the definition of misbehaving. Because, misbehaving is the natural companion of you. Because, you shows all time the deviated organisational behaviour. You terminate instantly part-time employee without any prior notification if they do not attend your political program is a deviated organisational behaviour. If I say it is unlawful, you considered it as a misbehave.
Moreover, your statement about misbehaving against me given in two times is contradictory. In your previous statement you states that usually I misbehave with other lecturer in often when I come in college at evening.It was false statement. Your recent contradictory statement is about my misbehaving is that you mentioned I show misbehave after a course of action, first I begged leave from you through phone and then show misbehave next day when I come in institution. It is completely false statement. It is unclear and child like statement. Exactly, to whom with misbehave causes does not defined. Because, you do not know the person to whom with misbehave is done.
If there any relationship between begging leave through phone call and showing misbehave next days? There is no relationship. If in emergency case like my own or family members illnesses if I begged leave through phone call, if I never forget to inform my situation even in an emergency situation, it proves my responsibility and obedient nature. In these emergency situation if you grant leave I would very glad to you. Why I will misbehave?
If you do not allow my leave, why I will misbehave in next few days letter? With any anger it may possible misbehave instantly if any person have no conscious. Anger is just like a hot tea cup. Hot tea cup could not remain hot more than 15 minute. If you do not leave in emergency case it is possible to explain the right of my leave in next days instead of unnecessary misbehaving. If you give absence after giving me leave through phone then there have no chance of misbehaving. Because, in that case you have done a shameless conspiracy. Instead of misbehave if I explain this to other obviously you will lose your dignity, if you have it. Moreover , I have some determined leave.
You mentioned due to my misbehave lecturers, teachers, and other employees irritates. Very cleverly, you included more people's in this irritation process. But in the previous Show cause letter some lecturer was included in this irritation process. But now you are trying to include more people. In every step you are trying to involve more people. Are you afraid? Never be afraid. Be brave and courage. Who have brave he never tries to harm others. Only, cowards look for harming others. Just like Snake. Snake have very fear of surrounding, it have no brave and confidence. For that reason it always bites people walking pass it. Build your character like human, but not like snake.
Who irritates? Who irritates to hear the rights of any employee? Who irritates to hear rights of salary of any employee? Why some part time employees are terminated recently without any prior notification and insulted them? Are they very greedy to show irritation?
Are they are irritates, who remain silent when their one of the team member leave institution silently crying for your unlawful organisational behaviour and smiles silently to think that just a little amount could add to his salary from the salary of leaving team member.
Why they do not irritates when you do not giving my salary.
Why these people do not irritates when you unlawfully terminates orally to part time employees exactly who is graduated or post graduateed lecturer and teachers.
What is your hostility with the teachers and lecturers having post graduate or graduate degree. When These,Higher educated individuals are terminating then the individuals exactly have no under graduates or even student you appoint orally as a lecturer. Graduates and post graduate employees loosing their job but college is operating by keen aged students exactly, who is not lawfully eligible at the post of lecturer. Are you trying to eliminate the existence of college in Nyamatpur?
You are very aggressive to terminate the employees with prestigious subject. You Terminated orally Part time lecturer of Economics, you are very aggressive to terminate Chemistry and Physics lecturer. You give more salary to the lecturer who have no under graduate but tarminates them who have undergraduate or post graduate.
Are you trying to destroy the college? Have you gain a big amount of money from any party exactly who do not want the colleges to be establish.
If Poultry farm goes under control of fox. What will happen I do not know.
actually, you have no benefit if college remain exist. You are head teacher of the school but rolling as a principal due to vacancies.
Moreover, your retirement date is knocking at the door, though most probably your your exact retirement date have been passed year ago.
If college do not exist in future few years there will be a scope of your proud that you are not in college the college is shut downed.
What is your jealousy with people's with prestigious subject. Sir, never be jealous with good people.
Sir, why you are trying to eliminate science department with a conspiracy termination of science lecturer from college. I heard that from long since ago you would an aggressive attraction to science. I heard about an event in your life from other person who was your class mate once. I am not sure that if it true or false. If it be true it will prove some good things and bad things.
I heard that once you were HSC student in arts department. It was time when you are struggling to achieve a good result in HSC final exam. But, you were not satisfied that you are not a science student. You were very wrongful thought that you were not similarly honoured in society like science student. You decided to readmission in class Nine as a science student. You most probably changed your original birth date and reduced your age and got admission at class nine in Dehunda High School. I honoured your loving with science but ignored your decision to change your original birth date. Human do mistake in birth date writing but intentionally establishing a false birth date is not a good performance.
If it is true you have been lost your right to occupy your post. If it true your Biological age exceed 60 years more than year past. If you exceed your maximum age limit of occupying the job you may consider a treaspassed person in institution. If you be trespassed no performance in institution will be lawful.
May I therefore pray and hope that you would kindly add these information with given answer previously against the show cause letter issued by you at 17 Oct 2025. I hope every statement you will be understand properly and very early you will be satisfied with my answer and very early you will show your satisfaction. Earlier satisfaction will ensure me to continue to job without any mental stress. Showing your dissatisfaction after one or two year later obviously give message me that everyday the job is unsecured. It will not be very wise things If I lose job after one or two year later due to your dissatisfaction after long distance of time.
Moreover, due to your payment discrimination and not to paying my salary I am financially in hazard. I have no enough money to cost my daily expenses, even it is very difficult to pay the transportation cost to pay to come in institution. I want to continue my job. Hence, you will ensure my 22000 tk salary scale with other attractive remuneration as early as possible, additionally you would take initiative action to pay my unpaid salary from joining to till now as early as possible.
