 You provide no motivation no instruction in any meeting except speech including a lot of false statement and mentioning me and Ferdouse sir that familiarly we have a lot of money but we have no concern about college development. Our family money have any relationship with college development? You are trying to achieve unlawful money from us.

It is a false statement about absent in class. I am very regular. For any treatment related purpose or any sudden health hazard if I begged leave through phone. You grant leave but very shameless way you give absence. Moreover, I have some right of casual leave and others leave to gain. My total leave is more less than only about my casual leave. 

You gave a statement that you routined my duty for three days only with consulting me. That is a false statement. Am I part time employee? I am a full time employee recruited by NTRCA.  Human nature is to do task in delay, why I will do my five days work within 3 days only. What is your interest to give me such types of leisure. Rest of the day what I will do?  You preserve rest of the day to attain in different program of your newly joined political organisation. You also offered me to give a vital post from your political party. But I can not do this. 

You tries to involve Teachers with your personal interest. Just for example, giving effort in your political organisation, giving effort in your election. Recently, you compete in an election among secondary school teachers Samity, Karimgonj. You threats all teachers to attain in your election campaign and closed all of the classes. During the date of election you unlawfully ordered all of the teachers and all of the lecturers to present in Karimgonj at your election campaign. Habitually, I ignored it. Because, I am doing job not to perform your personal interest. Another, Part time lecturer also ignored it. As a result, you instantly, orally with no notification, unlawful way terminate her and restrict herself to signatrue in attendance sheet with your rude behaviour. This is a complete breaching of law. I defeated in this election  with huge number of votes .But you have to do action. You have to terminate some employee from institution who did not attend in your election campaign. It is an expression of ill behavior .

What is your interest to reducing my class routine day? What is your special interest in that case. I have never said you to do this. What a strange that I have no opinion to reduce my class routine but you willing consult with me that you have been written. Where is your draw backs. If you tried to pretend me in any of the issue? But You should understand that I am a full time employee. You did this routine without my concern. You are talking lie. If I give permission please show me any documents. If wrote any application please show me. Every working day I presents in institution. But very cleverly you tried to took my routine in three days. I opposed in your routine. It have a devil intention. You eliminates the practical class for science students. In chemistry class there have cost. If you can eliminate practical class you will able to save a lots of money from the budget of practical class. No practical class are held. All of the budget you enjoyed silently. 

Now, the term with me through a Show cause letter.

If someone in institution, even Any student disagree with your any opinion you treat it as a hostile behaviour with you. 

You shows hostile behaviour with students. You with conspiracy, make fail status in test exam of many students and prohibit them from final exam form fill up. If student demand to challenge for reexamine their answer sheet, you shows rude attitude and inform that answer sheet have been sold. 

Even your hostility with parents flows to students. They found discriminate result and performance.

You said that my previous answer of previous show cause later is not satisfied to you and suggested me to meet with presiding person of governing body to gain your satisfaction. What a nonsense talking. You both are two different individuals. You must have to be self esteem. Your satisfaction in any issues must be your own independent. 

Moreover, In this answer it is normal that you could not be satisfied. In this letter I have provided that every statement you had given were false. But several time you irritate me to change my statement. You engaged several people to request me to change my statement given against you. But, statement is universal . I could not change it.  At last you threats me not to give salary and eid bonus. For salary and eid bonus I had contacted with presiding person of governing body and other members of the governing body named Mr Rafiq, they forced you and managed my salary and eid bonus  to ensure the happiness of my child.

If you did not satisfied with my previous answer,  why you have been delayed 5 month to inform in written. No one from governing body did not showed their dissatisfaction with me.  Even presiding person of governing body were satisfied with my answer. He resolved the issue in favor of me and you proved liar. As a result till now I am in Job. 

If answer be unsatisfied then within 5 month you have lot of scope to written inform to me. Why now that term you uttering. I have proved you as a liar, you started to crying after 5 month. If previous answer of previous show cause letter, you have a scope to decision basis on this answer. Why new story have been written by new show cause letter. In this letter there had 8 false claims written by you. Every issue is resolved and you proved liar. 

Several time you irritate me to change this statement. Real truth is that I was meet with presiding person of governing body in his chamber. I explained your fault and said every statement you given is false. 

After given answer, After a few days later I called him and consult with necessary things. Moreover, I have his number and my phone number also belongs to him. It is very easier to meet with him. 

You made a cleverly, your recent show cause letter. You tried to several people to stand against me. Because, You are very afraid of to take recent step against me. Because, you know that this step against me is more severe conspiracy.

You tried to involve Presiding person of the governing body. Very cleverly you took a signature from him in show cause letter. You claim that I threats to make suit against Institution in court. It is a false statement. You very cleverly tried to make a confiction between me all members of the institution and even local people.

I said to make a complaint in court against you if I did not get any rights. 

To make suit and complaint is my legal right. This right is given by state. Why you are trying to suppress my rights. It is an autocratic nature. Why you are giving threat? Why some Stupid people lead by you threating me to restrict me to make suit and complaint. You are trying to create a mob violence against me by spreading the information that I threats to make suit against institution.

I said to make a complaint in court against you if I did not get any rights. 

To make suit and complaint is my legal right. This right is given by state. Why you are trying to suppress my rights. It is an autocratic nature. Why you are giving threat? Why some Stupid people lead by you threating me to restrict me to make suit and complaint. You are trying to create an abetment against me by spreading the information that I threats to make suit against institution.

I have right to suit and complaint against any body for justice.

No injustic could not left behind without remedies.

There have several things, several crimes, several complaints cognigible to court.

I am not getting my salary that you have been promised to pay. It is a cognigible matter. 

You have breached the contract of job. You gave false commitment that is a cognigible matter.

You make harassment in terms of my right of leave even when I am suffering from life threatening health hazard. It is a crime.

You shows partial behaviour in terms of giving absent. The people you have special interest you do not give them absent, even if they remain absent from long term only for the cause of they may have no objection to give you a big amount of money against your illegal demand of money.

You at first indirectly next directly demand a big amount of money from me. You and some person lead by you arranged meeting in several times in the office of college building in second floor and demanded total 40 lucks of money and informed this amount will expanse to achieve MPO status of college by illegal way. At first I am only the person who disagreed with unlawful opinion. Then other science lecturer also disagreed with me. From this time I became a boundary to gain their unlawful money. But several times such types of meeting continued to held.  I commented these people as fraud. 

As a result, You announced and threat to eliminate science department restrict by students admission and by introducing zero student. You starts defamation of science department.

Several times you started to saying NTRCA recruited lecturer got their job completely free cost of money. Previously, such types of job would cost 10 to 15 lucks of taka.

In recent time you became very aggressive to receive this money from us. Your retirement date is coming to very near and you are getting about to mad to gain this illegal money. 

You tried to break down interrelation among the lecturers to spreading the propaganda that due to science department their MPO status is not preceding. 

Recently, You also explored a propaganda that nearest college have been gain MPO status with cost of big money with a view of stimulating lecturers in your college if they foot step on  your illegal and fraudulent activity.

I can make complaint in that issue.

This is noted that several types of meeting to gain illegal big amount of money conducted by three people, you and your sister(cousin) Shahanaz Parvin Bonna, Lecturer, and another person Named Abu Taher Moududi who is performing dual full time job simultaneously, one is Nyamatpur School and college and another is Another MPO listed Madrashas situated in Mithamoin. After failure to receive your illegal demand of Big amount of money you and rest of the people involved different conspiracy either they can gain the money or disagreed persons will be removed from job. 

Another issue I heard from other people recently that most probably In any of the year from previous year In the online registration process data entry through computer You intentionally provide wrong information, intentionally made wrong in their name, or wrong in their fathers name, or wrong in their birth date.  It was alarming that total number of students registration card was very high and abnormal. Any person can not do such big number of mistake. After seeing registration letter students are frustrated and searched for solution. You have some people exist surrounding you to solve the problem contacting with education board. It was very difficult for students contact with board by their own. You demanded 5000 of money from each student as a cost of processing. And you gained a lot of money. I will request to governing body to investigate this issue. This issue is also cognigible to court.

You are well informed about my wife pregnancy status. Our three member in our family my wife and my six years elder daughter during her pregnancy period. Except me no one beside her to manage frequent contact with doctor in terms of pregnancy related complication. You made jokes in terms of my demanding of leave. But I had the right of leave. Sometimes when I begged leave due to sudden health hazard of my family member including me through mobile phone you gave leave but gave absent in attendance sheet. When I complaint you, you remains shamelessly response less.

Recently, when I heard that a one month of my salary have been passed. You and another lecturer informed me that my salary is stored to Mr Rasel and suggest to take salary from him.  I were very glad and thanked you and informed you that this little amount of money will be very helpful for me because effective baby delivery date is very near and I informed most probable two dates according to two different ultrasonogram report. I want pray for my wife and my upcoming baby. I also informed and want help from from you and other teachers present here in terms of O positive blood, because it may require blood. After thirty minutes you informed me that my salary you have postponed. You will not give my salary. It is completely breaching of Human Rights after hearing of such critical condition stopping employees salary.moreover, approximately 5 month continuing you are giving nothing to me.  Not a single penny. 

You intentionally tried to make harasment in the treatment process of my wife. Because, effective baby delivery date is very near, I required some money to me for her effective treatment. Availability of money can ensure an effective and safe baby delivery through an effective treatment option.  Moreover, more time I begged my salary mentioning pregnancy status of my wife. You had no response. But yet, you snatched my salary after hearing of effective delivery date where every employee got their salary but you only stopped my salary. It is a discrimination not only against an employee but also against women and child. 

Next days I show you and other teachers and one of the member of governing body at that time presented in school all of the medical report of my wife including two UGS report with two most probable effective delivery date. All of them realised that you are doing an unlawful act. Every body made bargain with you to give my salary and tried to make understand you that what you are doing is the very far from huminity and morality.

But you are habitually ill minded to take action if you defeat in any event. You did not stop. To make me more harassment you introduced a devil thinking. It is sending me a show cause letter. Very strange that true labor pain of my wife started in 18 October at morning and baby born at 12 PM 18 October. You issued me show cause letter at the date of 17 October. 

You know that this time was very important for me. It was the time when every time I should be company to my wife. Every time I should very aware if I can easily and very shortest way take her to hospital in emergency case. I should frequent contact with Blood donor If I can make available of Blood donor beside me if in emergency case blood is required. 

You intentionally issues Show cause letter to harrase me. But you know better, this time is very important for women. Every pregnant women are vulnerable to life threatening event during pregnancy, during baby delivery and even after childbirth. In that time any types of mental harrasement and pressure, stress,  anxiety or depression may lead to blood pressure increasing which may lead to preclamsia. Preclamsia is a life threatening event for pregnant women. I think you know it better. Presiding person of governing body knows it well because he is a doctor. 

Why in that time you have to issue me Show cause letter which is included threatening message of my probable termination. Moreover, why you have to send it to my home address? I am regularly in duty. You can give me hand to hand. Sending it to my home, you have devil intention,

One the matter will be known to my family member specially my father and he will be very anxious about his son job loosing. You think he will run away to you and he will give you a big amount of money that were you demanding from me.

Another is making harrasement of me in this critical moment. But you should know that it should be very harmful event for my wife if she could acknowledged about the show cause letter. It is natural that wife become anxious if she hear any threat of her husband's job.  Because, husband's job not only give her social honor but also provide her a little bit of economical security. 

It is your habit of making harrasement of people. 

You take grievances to students else.  If you dislike any student, due to confliction with student even due to hostility with parents you take grievance to the student. Few month ago you decided to expel some students from college. These students meet with presiding person of governing body and prohibits their expectation from college. But you have to take grievance. You show fail in their test exam result in 10 and 9 subject. I know these students.  One of the student Mr Tuhin was previously Science background next he took humanities. I know about his merits. It could not be true. These students challenged you to see their answer sheet for reexamine. You replied them that answer sheet have been sold. You restrict them to fill up final exam form. Have there any role.  

What number of lecturer exist in this institution who is the employees of other MPO listed madrasha and getting salary from here? Why they are not getting any show cause letter though they are absent in duty? But I am not getting salary though I am recruited by Govt Institution NTRCA. 

You are trying to terminate me, But how you illegally recruited lecturer who had no academic qualification for specific subject.  Who is Abu Taher Moududi ? He is a lecturer of another MPO listed Madrasha and doing job here simultaneously. 

Most probably you recruited him as a lecturer in Islamic Studies but he is graduate from Islamic History. Most probably Islamic History is till now not started in our college. 

Where is there classes? What types of benefit you gain from them.
