 May I therefore pray and hope that you would kindly satisfy with my answer against Your show cause letter. I also hope that you will give my salary regularly which is my salary exactly based on rules and regulation. It is 22000 tk salary scale and that you promised to pay during our joining and except 22000 monthly salary you also promised to pay more benefit as a cost of extra class in school section. I hope you will ensure continuity of my job. 

I am requesting you to pay my dues salary which is not paid from my joining to till now that you have been engulfed and ensured my salary that you have been promised to pay as monthly 22000 tk salary scale and help to ensure continuing the job.  I want to do job. Ensure my full time duty because I am a full time employee. Change the routine to ensure my everyday class. Though, you without my permission as a part of conspiracy to full fill your personal interest you shamelessly declined my class and three days of routine most recently, But yet I used to go to institution everyday. You may be irresponsible to student and law but I could not be irresponsible to law and students well being.

Moreover, institution have a lot of income, very potential market it have more than 250 business shop approximately, you soiled up the pond and made it flat land and established here cattle market, a large number of students here,  a big property of institution is using as productive way and giving you money, moreover the playing field is also rented and using as weekly open market. You own and other MPO listed teacher enjoying big amount of money except their MPO salary, Your sister and nephew also enjoying big salary, the person to whom you can involve in your political activity also enjoying big benefit, why you will not giving my salary.

At last never suppress my legal rights to make suit or claim in court. There have a lot of issues against you some of these I mentioned and some I ignored here due to shortest of time and some strategic cause. But I know the maximum limit of time to suit or claim reference to Laws of limitation.
