 Subject : Answer of Show cause letter Total 3 pages including my signature in each pages

Sir 

I am Khandaker Niamul Haque, Lecturer Chemistry, Nyamatpur School and College, Karimgonj, kishoregonj from third recruitment process of NTRCA as a first class employee with 9th grade. 

I found a Show cause letter from you that you issued at the date of 17 Oct 2025 when my wife is struggling to give birth a new baby and struggling to save her life and babies life in that time I also struggling to manage himself manage blood donor, struggling to collect her treatment cost as well as struggling for better treatment option.  You all were very well known about the situation. Most probably 18 October after 12 pm night. You mentioned in this letter that you were not satisfied my last 5 month before given answer of Show cause letter. Very strange that you dissatisfied after 5 month later and send me show cause letter and at the moment of the time when my wife is struggling  with true labour pain. What types of morality you have I do not know.

Where, There is no Job there is no salary. Where There is no salary,  there is no Job. I am doing my Job in your institution as a 9th grade 1st class employee at the post of Lecturer, Chemistry recruited by Govt organization NTRCA through its 3rd recruitment process.

During Join in the job you were committed to give me salary in 22000 tk salary scale with other attractive remuneration. Additionally you also committed to give some extra money as a value of giving extra effort and class in school section. 

You received my academic original certificate during join with promising to return back these certificate within one month. But till now you did not return back it, Though, several time orally even a once I provide you a written information to return back it. You have no response.

Very sad things is that I am doing job very effective way but you are not giving me salary. From the starting of my after 4 to 5 month gap you are giving some pocket money. From the starting it was only 3000 and now it 5500. I gave objection about the salary, you allured me that there have shortage in fund, in future you will pay the debt completely the amount will be dues. 

Nothing have been realised. Instead of enjoyment of employee right I found demotivation in various way. Every time I found threats of Job insecurity.  

Instead of getting salary,  I found a mental pressure of giving a big amount of money in a purpose of achievement of College MPO status through an unlawful way. Several time in college office 2nd floor of New building, Meeting was arranged to do this. Every time I showed disagree with this purpose very strongly. Following me other lecturer in science department disagreed in that purpose. Ever time meeting results with zero outcome.

Though, complete dedication in job I am getting Show cause letter with a lots of false claim as a part of conspiracy termination goal.  Several times my salary is postponed, getting threats of termination, threats of eliminating of Science department by introducing zero student in Science Department trough defamation.  Defamation is continued and result is partially realised. 

Though you well informed about the pregnancy and probable effective delivery date from me and from other teachers you were response less to give my salary. This little amount of money would be very helpful to me for her treatment. More than 4 months of salary is till now unpaid. Last date at the near to effective delivery date with reference to Ultrasound report when every employee got their just a one month of salary I got pleasure to think that this little amount will be very helpful to me in emergency case of better treatment during her baby delivery. I got fraustation when when I wanted my salary.  You informed salary belongs to Mr Rasel. After a few while you informed me my salary is postponed. You will not give my salary. 

I considered it as a part of harassment that you habitually doing with us from long since ago. 

I had dedicated duty hence, I must have to be salary. 

It was a tendency of providing mental stress in the emergency moment of my family. 

Though, I am a Permanent full time employee recruited by NTRCA,  I get paid a negligible amount of money that is more less than part time employees. 

Though ,  as a complete dedicated employee I got nothing except a conspiracy show cause letter, salary postponing, But In your institutions there have dual job holder. They are lecturer in your institution and Lecturer in other MPO institution simultaneously at same time.  They are absent in your institution for for several months and years. But very strange they are in Job.  Few of them got benefits form their job but I am not getting my legal rights.  

My full time duty snatching all of the days time and energy but getting no committed salary. Moreover, My academic certificate is stored belongs to you and I am not getting it return back. Overall consequences seems to imprisoned me in poverty cycle. I usually fails to meet my fundamental need. 

  

Job is nothing but a mutual contract between two parties. If one party breaches any elements of contract another party got a scope and right to breach the contract elements. What I can do? 

You postponed my salary. Postponding salary means Postponiding the job for few times. 

Moreover, As a lecturer I must have to be conscious about my own right. Because, The person can not conserve his own right how he will conserve others right. 

No injustice can left behind without remedies. I found injustice in my job. I want remedies. I want to continuing my salary. I want to receive my salary. I want to get paid regularly the committed salary obeying the rules and regulations in my job. 

You send me show cause notice including false and conspiracy statement to my home through post office. 

Regularly I am in duty, you can give it hand to hand. It is very odd to choose alternative option. It is done to make harrasement to my family member that if they know my job is under threat they will run away to you and to save my job they will provide you a big amount of money for what you are greedy.
